πŸ”Š Listen Β· narrated by Aiden

WSDOT has announced multiple road closures and work zones affecting Walla Walla area routes, with several scheduled to continue through mid-September. The most recent change is a closure on State Route 21 beginning September 14, running until September 25, 2026.

SR-124 between Bolles Road and Coppei Avenue in Waitsburg will remain closed until September 18, while SR-730 between U. S. 12 and the Oregon state line will have alternating traffic controlled by flaggers and pilot vehicles Monday through Friday until September 18. On U. S. 395 northbound near Pasco, a double lane closure will continue nightly through September 17.

Drivers should expect delays on these routes and follow posted detour signs. WSDOT advises checking the WSDOT website for real-time updates before traveling.
